We help you understand where support is missing, agree what needs to change and put it into practice. Our work connects organisational planning, workforce awareness, manager skills and individual coaching.

Equality Action Planning & Menopause Policy

We help you develop the menopause support within your equality action plan and align it with your policies and working practices.

Together, we identify practical actions, who will own them and how progress will be reviewed, so the plan becomes something people experience in their working day.

Whole-Workforce Awareness

Clear, accessible sessions that help people understand menopause and talk about it with more confidence.

We make the content relevant to different roles and working environments, including shop floors, warehouses, shift-based teams and offices. Everyone has a part to play in creating a supportive workplace.

Line Manager Training

Practical training for the people having everyday conversations about workload, attendance, confidence and performance.

Using our four-bucket framework, we help managers understand how menopause can show up at work, ask better questions and explore useful adjustments. Managers learn how to offer support without making assumptions or attempting to diagnose.

Individual, Group & Leadership Coaching

From peer group cohorts to private 1-to-1 and executive coaching, we create confidential space for staff and senior leaders to navigate midlife shifts. We help individuals rebuild confidence and navigate career choices, while helping organisations protect leadership continuity and retain their most valuable experience.

Menopause Champions & Cultural Change

Change in culture is a continuous commitment, not a one-off awareness day. We train internal Champions with practical tools and clear boundaries to keep momentum alive year-round, ensuring your inclusion strategy never becomes a passive tick-box exercise.

Keynotes & Speaking

Thought-provoking talks that connect menopause, working life and the value of experience.

We bring the conversation to leadership events and wider workforce audiences, with clear language, lived insight and practical questions to take back into the business.

Support packages

These are our standard packages but we can also build a bespoke package based on your business needs.
